Do you use Steam?


No we use hot water along with specialized carpet cleaning solutions. In order to keep our competitive pricing, we will ask in some cases for our customer's to provide hot water. In most cases we provide hot water, but there are times when traveling greater distances we will ask our customers to provide hot water.




Is the customer responsible for any waste, after cleaning?


No. The Cleaning Hero removes all waste from the home.




Is the customer required to move furniture before a scheduled cleaning?


Yes. We ask that customer's move furniture prior to cleaning. Our Technicians aren't responsible for moving furniture.




Are you 100% Insured


Yes!




How are you protecting customers against COVID-19 when entering customers homes?


Cleaning Hero Technicians are required to wear masks, gloves, shoe coverings, wipe down any touch points, and conduct temperature checks before entering a customer's home.




Does the cleaning Hero provide commercial cleaning?


Yes, the Cleaning Hero cleans both residential and commercial properties.




What forms of payment are acceptable?


Credit/Debit Cards, Cash. Personal Checks aren't an acceptable form of payment.
